After signing in, go to Settings and click “Connect eBay.” You’ll be redirected to eBay’s secure authorization page to grant Unstalo access to your listings. You can revoke this access at any time from your eBay account settings.
Listings sync automatically every 15 minutes. To force a fresh sync, pull to refresh on the listings page or trigger a manual sync from Settings. If listings still don’t appear after a manual sync, please email support with your account email.
The optimizer analyzes your listing’s title, description, item specifics, and pricing against current eBay marketplace data and similar sold comps. It suggests improvements you can review and apply with one click. AI analysis runs only when you explicitly request it.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and sensitive credentials such as eBay API tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We use row-level security on every database table so your data is fully isolated from other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Unstalo is a paid app and requires an active subscription to use. Subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed through your Apple ID and managed in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. See our Terms of Service for full subscription terms.
Email support@unstalo.com from the address associated with your account and we’ll process your deletion request within 30 days. All eBay listing data, bank transaction data, and account information will be permanently removed from our systems.
Yes. Bank connection is entirely optional and is only used for cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) tracking. All other features — listing management, AI optimization, pricing insights, and tax reports — work without it.
